Our team of experienced polite and friendly staff can keep your pool in top condition throughout the season.
Our weekly or fortnightly pool contracts consists of vacuuming, basket and pump cleaning, checking the p.h. balance, checking timers and all controls making sure all are working satisfactory. Reports can be obtained for each visit as required.
Prices start from CY£ 55.00 per month (two visits per month for a 8m x4m metre pool)
Chemicals are included in the price.

We can provide a selection of welcome packs ranging from basic Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar and Water to bespoke hampers of your choice.

We can arrange to meet your guest at Pafos Airport and take them to your property.
This can be of great help if your guest is new to Cyprus or arrives in the evening.

We will meet your guests at your property and show them around explaining any questions they might have on electrical appliances, location of shops, bars, restaurants and any other queries they might have.
This service costs CY£15.00

When you are having your property built, it can be very hard keeping track of the work being done, especially if you are not in the country. We can do this for you by making regular visits to the site and talking to the builders with any questions you might have.
This is a great way to make sure you home is built on time and to your specifications.
We will then forward you a full report and photographs of the work that has been done.
Prices start from CY£25.00 per month for up to 20 images.

When your property is empty, we can make regular checks to make sure that the property is secure both inside and out.
We can also collect any mail for you, air the property and check to see if any repair work is needed.
We will provide you with a full report and photographs if any problems should arise.
When your property is in our care, we will only allow access to builders and any other contractors, other than our own into your property unattended by written consent.

We can clean your patio and driveway, using our high powered professional jet wash system using non-toxic chemicals.
We can remove most stains and dirt to bring back lustre to your patio and driveways.
We can also provide an after cleaning seal to help protect further stains and dirt build up.
